50TH ANNIVERSARY

The girl who cuts my hair was married at 20 and divorced by 28. She doesn't understand how it's possible to love someone that long. My parents taught me the meaning of commitment so I could spend 50 years with the one God blessed me with.
A small church in Springtown, filled with friends, family and love. Pics are from rehearsal night, which I couldn't make, and just before ceremony.

Wedding party pictures after ceremony which was done by Brian. My brother Rob and I gave the bride away. Brian prepared a little powerpoint presentation that was very cool both for the ceremony and a little later during the reception.

The reception was at the church, the food was prepared by friends and the entertainment was karaoke and a powerpoint slide show of their lives together over the years.

Tossing of the veil and the sacred garter belt.

Eating, drinking and fellowship. It was a really nice evening, saw some relatives I haven't seen in years and that was good though I didn't get to spend much time with them. It's still good to touch base and catch up.

Finally, next day at parents. Played dominoes, ate pizza and just hung out until it was time to drive back to Austin. It was a really good two days seeing family, especially Rob and Brian. Congrats to the newly re-wed couple, we love you!
